We are guessing that as a school administrator or teacher you have a LOT going on right now! How can you think about PD for November or January or February?
We have tried to make it easy for you! Involve your whole school in one of three great topics or split up into three groups and come back together to share your learning.
We are offering a very affordable, pre-recorded PD package for use at any time between early January and the rest of the school year!
Instead of just sending a few, you can engage your whole staff in a shared and meaningful PD experience.
Our expert session leaders will provide tools, models and structures to support deeper understanding of their topic and guide you in the process of implementing them in your own school. Sessions will be pre-recorded and designed to last four hours, but can be delivered at the school’s chosen pace. We will offer a webinar before February 19th (at no additional cost!) to support whoever you choose at your school to facilitate the lesson.
We have made our pricing even more affordable in a year of tight budgets. To be as fair as possible please use your total student enrollment to determine the price you will pay for your PD package for your whole school.
Keynote Presentations
We have three national level, highly regarded keynote speakers ready to help us with these topics:
CREW and Community
Led by Chief Academic Officer of EL Education. Ron returns to share one of the key culture building elements of EL Education, and the subject of his latest book, We Are Crew: A Teamwork Approach to School Culture.
Diversity and Equity
Led by ASCD author and consultant Vernita Mayfield, who will share ideas to develop cultural competence from her new book: Cultural Competency Now: 56 Exercises to Help Educators Understand and Challenge Bias, Racism, and Privilege.
Assessment and Feedback
Led by Baylor Professor, and Corwin Press author of Leading Together: Teachers and Principals Improving Student Outcomes, Jon Eckert, who will develop our thinking on what constitutes quality assessment – the most requested topic from our last two conferences.

At the live event we will do much of what we do at a live conference day – worship, hearing from our keynotes, sharing what we have learned with each other, networking, and being inspired by a student presentation of learning!
You are welcome to have your whole or partial staff participate.
Individuals are welcome also! Register for $99 for the individual PD package which includes free registration for Feb. 19. You can also participate in our February day and share your learning and network with others!
